EMI cut-off Waveguide Ventilation Panel
In the context of increasingly dense modern electronic devices and complex electromagnetic environments, electronic devices require good ventilation and heat dissipation, as well as strict electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. our products can play a certain role in solving such problems: Honeycomb ventilation waveguide panel.
Honeycomb shielding ventilation panel consists of two parts: honeycomb core material and frame. The honeycomb core material is formed by bonding metal foil through perforation or laser welding processes. The frame is usually made of extruded metal frame, which is used to fix the honeycomb core and facilitate installation. It can be embedded with conductive foam, electromagnetic sealing gasket, seal the assembly gap of the frame, or add dust-proof filter screen, flange installation edge, etc., customized according to needs.

The electromagnetic shielding and ventilation performance of honeycomb ventilation panels are mainly determined by the following parameters:
Honeycomb core cellsize
Standard cellsize include : 1.6mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 6.4mm, and other specifications.
The smaller the aperture, the higher the shielding effectiveness, but the greater the ventilation resistance.
Honeycomb thickness
Standard thicknesses include 6.35mm, 12.7mm, 25.4mm, 30mm, 40mm, 45mm, etc.
The thicker the thickness, the higher the shielding effectiveness.

Shielding performance
The shielding effectiveness of honeycomb ventilation panel varies depending on the material, structure, and frequency.
Surface treatment is an important means to enhance shielding effectiveness and environmental resistance. After conductive oxidation, honeycomb core materials and frames can be treated with tin plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, chrome plating, etc. Tin plating or nickel plating can significantly improve shielding effectiveness and corrosion resistance.
