We are a factory specifized in aluminum honeycomb for over 11 years experience,and we have been able to apply new techniques to increase the quality and efficiency of our standard pallets,including edge treatment, and corner treatment.For aluminum honeycomb platens,all aluminum platens must be a minimum thickness of 3/8-inch in order to have the necessary stability and to be able to resist the heat of the flash unit. The aluminum honeycomb platens are at least 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch material would be a better choice.
