A method of manufacturing honeycomb panels by welding profiles, is based on aluminum honeycomb panel. Through the combination of aluminum alloy profile positioning, vacuum brazing and argon arc welding process, the full interface metallurgical bonding of honeycomb panel and surrounding profile frames is achieved. All connection positions of the entire panel are welded structures.
For safety, each honeycomb floating panel adopt modular unit design, and each welded aluminum honeycomb panel undergoes air tightness pressure testing before packaging, strictly controlling the welding and sealing quality. A 10000 cubic meter oil storage tank can reduce volatilization loss by about 20 tons per year, which not only directly reduces the economic loss of the medium, but also easily meets the current national environmental control standards.
Balancing lightweight and high strength
The honeycomb sandwich structure not only controls its own weight, but also has much higher bending and impact resistance than traditional panels of the same weight, with an overall weight of only 30% -40% of steel floating discs. The overall deflection of the floating disc is controlled within 1/300 of the tank diameter, which can resist stress concentration caused by liquid level fluctuations and feed impact, and is not prone to warping and bulging problems.
