Here are the productiopn process for honeycomb panels:
Aluminum foil cleaning, adhesive application, stacking and curing, followed by stretching and cutting to form the hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core;
Aluminum sheet cutting and surface pretreatment;
3. Adhesive application and positioning of the face sheet, honeycomb core, and back sheet, followed by high-temperature hot-press lamination;
4. Cooling, followed by edge milling, hole cutting, and grinding;
