The aluminum honeycomb core is manufactured by bonding multiple layers of aluminum foil.Aluminum honeycomb core have defferent supplu conditions,like expanded or unexpanded,full blocks or cut slice,slant,perforated,or something special.
For slant honeycomb ,huarui honeycomb can produce 30°,45° and 60°.

The slant honeycomb core is generally used for communication shielding，ventilation, air purification equipment. It can produce better performance, as it has a larger specific surface area and better fluid dynamics characteristics, which can make the air flowing through it contact and friction more fully, so it can be more effective purification. Slant honeycomb can be also cause sight disturbance.
Production process of aluminum honeycomb core
1.Aluminum foil inspection
2.Through the gluing machine, the aluminum foil is precisely adhered to the glue.
3.The aluminum foil with glue is cut straight by the numerical control device and stacked neatly.
4.The aluminum foil stack is hot-pressed and thermally cured by a hot press
5.According to the needs of customers, the blocks are cut into different thicknesses,and pull it apart and cut it straight to aluminum honeycomb core.
